There is no account on this site
This site has no sign-in, no registration and no member area, so there is nothing here to hold an account or accept terms on its behalf. The account for everything in the cluster lives on uksrs.org.uk.
The terms that govern that account are the hub's: uksrs.org.uk/terms-of-service. What this site collects is on the privacy page, and the hub's privacy policy covers the account.
